Project Designer, Flamingo/Lummus Neighborhood Urban Design + Streetscape Improvements, Miami Beach, <br />FL <br /> <br />Our management team will be supported by a staff of individuals who are highly motivated by the opportunity to contribute <br />skills to the design of streetscape improvements for Collins Avenue. <br /> <br />EDAW STAFF <br /> <br />Eric Bishop, RLA, Senior Associate/Landscape Architect <br />Eric is a registered landscape architect involved in land planning and landscape architecture in the Atlanta office of <br />EDAW. Specialized in urban planning and design, Eric has over eight years of experience ranging from conceptual <br />design and design development to project management and construction administration. His project experience <br />includes streetscapes, planning and design for urban revitalization, parks, adaptive re-use and infill projects. Eric is <br />currently the Project Manager/Project Designer for eight EDAW streetscape projects in Georgia and Florida. Eric <br />received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. <br /> <br />Todd J. Poole, RLA, Director of Economic Planning <br />Todd Poole is Director of Economic Planning for EDAW's U.S. operations, supporting a variety of public and private land- <br />use projects with economic, fiscal and policy analysis. Currently co-managing the multi-billion dollar redevelopment <br />planning effort for Fort Monmouth, Monmouth County, New Jersey and a mixed-use retail development project within <br />eastern Pennsylvania, Todd brings extensive urban redevelopment, large-scale land re-use, community development, <br />market analysis and public policy experience to EDAW, as both a private-sector consultant and a public sector <br />practitioner. Todd holds a BA in Political Science and Economics and a Masters of Public Administration from Rutgers <br />University. <br /> <br />APCTE STAFF <br /> <br />Mr. Carlos M. GiI-Mera, P.E., Principal <br />Mr. Gil-Mera is a registered Professional Engineer and a Registered General Contractor in the State of Florida. He has <br />more than twenty one years of experience working on projects similar the Collins Avenue project. Mr. Gil-Mera worked <br />for FDOT for fifteen years; he spent the last eleven years in the internal design office working on the production of <br />roadway plans including minor design and major reconstruction roadway projects. Mr. Gil-Mera is an active member of <br />the American Society of Civil Engineers, The Florida Engineering Society and the Cuban-American Association of Civil <br />Engineers where he is currently holding the Vice-President position. He is a 1986 graduate of Florida International <br />University with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. <br /> <br />Antonio G. Acosta, P .E. - Principal <br />Mr. Acosta brings over 22 years of experience in the Design of Highway Facilities. He spent the first thirteen years of <br />his career working for the Florida Department of Transportation District VI internal design office on the production of <br />roadway plans including minor design and major reconstruction projects. During the last two years of his career at <br />FDOT, he worked as District VI Roadway Design Project Manager where he was head of an Internal Design Team <br />working on a large number of milling & resurfacing projects similar to the ones required by this contract. He's working <br />today as the Roadway & infrastructure Task Manager for the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC). He is currently an active <br />member of the Cuban-American Association of Civil Engineers (C-MCE). <br /> <br />Eithel M. Sierra, P.E. - Senior Roadway Engineer <br />Mr. Sierra graduated (Magna Cum Laude) from Florida International University with a Bachelor's degree in Civil <br /> <br />EDAW INe DESIGN, PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTS WORLDWIDE <br />
