<br />Our EDAW team includes a highly skilled assembly of professionals to lead the
<br />management of the Collins Avenue Streetscape project. Cesar Garcia-Pons,
<br />will serve as Project Director and will provide oversight for the project. Garren
<br />Owens, our proposed Project Manager, will be responsible for day-to-day
<br />coordination of all consultants and project efforts, and will be the primary
<br />contact for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Our proposed management team

<br />Cesar Garcia-Pons, Project Director
<br />Cesar Garcia-Pons is an urban designer specializing in the redevelopment of
<br />existing neighborhoods, streetscape, community revitalization projects and
<br />new community design. He has more than seventeen years of urban
<br />regeneration experience emphasizing planning projects at a variety of scales:
<br />regional, district, and site as well as urban infrastructure transportation/corridor
<br />studies. Cesar has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami.

<br />Garren Owens is a registered landscape architect with over nine years of
<br />experience in South Florida. He has been extensively involved in master
<br />planning, site and detail design, construction administration and project
<br />management on a variety of small and large scale projects including
<br />commercial, residential, educational, riverwalk and streetscape design. Garren
<br />has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University.
