Manloading Capabilities: Because this project will be accomplished locally we are in an excellent position <br />regarding our firm's man loading capabilities. Our headquarters is the focal point for technical activities <br />within the B HA organization. Technical staff. in terms of number of personnel and specializations/ <br />disciplines. can readily be assigned to this project from this office. With a highway/bridge design <br />technical staff of 30 persons at our headquarters. the Collins Ave Streetscape project will represent <br />only a small percentage of our man loading capabilities. <br /> <br />2. Manloading Availability: BHA is in an opportune position to address the Collins Ave Streetscape <br />project upon Notice-to-Proceed. Robert Filusch. P.E.. our proposed Project Manager. currently has <br />only one assignment which is the Julia Tuttle Causeway Resurfacing: his availability is 80 percent. <br /> <br />k <br />
