Our in-house computer design programs are routinely applied. All deliverables are provided in AutoCAD format. Our staff is thoroughly familiar with the latest design criteria and guidelines to ensure compliance with required standards. Quality Control and Assurance BERGER A V ART's policy is to produce quality plans, specifications and estimates for all projects. Quality control is an on-going operational aspect of the total work effort and is built into BERGER AVART's design process. BERGER AVART's Principal-in-Charge, Luis A. Olivares, P.E., and the Team's engineers directly control this function. Quality assurance will be the responsibility of the Team's reviewing engineers and BERGER AVART's Quality Assurance Engineer, Arthur Miller, P.E. In accordance with our operating procedures, Mr. Miller will review every task after sign-off by the Project Manager to ensure that the required quality and conformance to City criteria is achieved. BERGER AVART has a comprehensive and rigid quality assurance plan. Checking, back checking and re- checking is established in our Policies and Procedures Manual. Internal checklists are used to assist in document reviews and ensure the completeness of the contract plans before they reach the client and/or respective parties involved. These checklists are used on all our projects and are modified accordingly for specific projects. This procedure is adhered to during each plan phase.
