West Dixie Highway Roadway, Pavement Marking and Signalization Design (FDOT VI) Proposed Staff Our proposed Project Manager, Un U, P .E., has over 15 years of relevant experience in civil and transportation projects. Mr. Li will lead BERGER AVART's efforts on this project and will be the primary contact for the City's Project Manager. Mr. Li has experience in the planning, design and coordination/management of major highway projects, including roadway and bridge geometry, traffic, drainage, water and sanitary sewer projects. Luis Olivares, P.E., as Principal-in-Charge and QA/QC officer, will provide support to Mr. Reyna and the entire Team and will lead the QA/QC effort. Project Start Up When the City assigns a project to BERGER AVART, Mr. Li will meet with the City's Project Manager to discuss the details of the services to be provided. The level of project complexity, information to be collected, project requirements and number of phase reviews will be determined. Once an understanding has been reached on the scope of services, BERGER AVART will then submit a staff-hour estimate, proposed fee, and preliminary schedule for the completion of the project assignment. Project Requirements and Data Collection BERGER AVART will submit a final project schedule to the City's Project Manager within days of receiving a notice to proceed. This schedule will be routinely updated to reflect all progress and any changes. A schedule will be produced monthly or as directed by the City's Project Manager. BERGER AVART will immediately begin to collect from the City all available existing information (as-builts, surveys, geotechnical information, traffic investigations and any preliminary analysis). Each assignment will be closely analyzed and an early site visit will be performed to identify areas of concern according to the project scope.
