<br />Restoration of two existing Art Deco hotels and two new towers addition. The developer for The Royal Palm Hotel was allowed to
<br />record, demolish and reconstruct to the building to its original likeness. The project included meeting rooms, assembly areas, parking
<br />garage and all amenities of a five star hotel would have. The construction cost $63,000,000. - Architect of Record
<br />(Historic Preservation): Responsible for recording of all building elevations, floor plans, details. Materials and methods of construction
<br />was determined and recorded. Preparation of construction documents and construction administration as it relates to historic
<br />preservation.
