<br />presentations, and the kitchen with the latest food service equipment. This high end restaurant was designed to satisfy
<br />a sophisticated clientele that could find a place for fine dinning and small parties gathering.

<br />Restrooms/storage building, three parking lots with 268 parking spaces in total and pathways. The project cost Phase I was estimated
<br />to be $4,530,000. The overall construction cost for all Phases was $40,000,000.- Sr. Project Manager/Designer: Responsible for site
