This includes parking for 61 spaces, with access to Bird Road and 83'd Avenue. This shopping center will <br />house national franchise such as Starbucks Coffee, Mattress Firm and Quiznos. The building required to <br />be completely reconstructed to meet all the requirements of the Florida Building Code. The building characteristics were <br />to be maintained in order to comply with the historical preservation requirements set forth by the City. The program <br />requirement was to house the corporate offices of a venture capital group with specific functions for all office spaces. The building <br />was to be redesign for accessibility and required a new elevator. The owner required the building to be a smart building with the latest <br />communications technologies available. The project ran into extensive time delays and cost overruns due to unforeseen conditions. <br />Project size of 8450 SF. The cost of the Project is $2,306,800.
