BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE: Expert consultant to complete the <br />construction of a medical facility (approx 8,100 SF) was in trouble and required to have the facility reviewed and provide solutions to <br />comply with all Code requirements and AHCA. Identify all deficiencies that had not been addressed and provide solutions, such as the <br />replacement of an inadequate nurse call system, corrections to the A/C system, corrections to the building structure, fire proofing <br />repairs, electrical and Code compliance repairs in the Catheterization Lab/operation room, in the patient rooms, and the nuclear room <br />(Phillip ADAC), ADA code compliance requirements in violation. A Cost of $-- Carlos M. Flores served as an expert consultant to the <br />group's attorney for all litigation issues.
