This new facility would have a capacity of a minimum 250 cars. Spaces and the alternate option of increasing <br />capacity at bid process up to 500 car spaces. The facility will consist of providing a minimum required 100 spaces for <br />adjacent building and the additional spaces would be used for future tenants' expansion of personnel. This facility would <br />consist of a reinforced concrete structure with three story heights and would be designed to be in full compliance with <br />Florida Building Code and NFPA - MDAD Project Manager Responsible to prepare Study, engineering coordination, <br />review for compliance with code, coordinate cost estimating and scheduling. <br /> <br />19a(3) RELEVANT PROJECT - BRIEF DESCRIPTION. This project was designed to <br />provide sixty parking spaces having drivers the option to await calls from arriving passengers at the airport without <br />having to drive all around the terminal for several times before encountering the passenger. This service provide rapid <br />passenger pick up time, ease access to the terminal by reducing traffic and a saving of energy. This project was <br />planned and built with Aviation in-house personnel.- MDAD Project Manager responsible for coordination of <br />engineering disciplines and trades such as civil, electrical, paving, stropping, landscaping, signage, cleaning drainage <br />form water accumulated in the access area.
