<br />downtown Coral Gables built in 1926 to be converted to a smart office building. The building required to be completely reconstructed
<br />to meet all the requirements of the Florida Building Code. The building characteristics were to be maintained in order to comply with
<br />the historical preservation requirement set forth by the City. The program requirement was to house the corporate offices of a venture
<br />capital group with specific functions for all office spaces. The building was redesigned for accessibility and required a new elevator.
<br />The owner required the building to be a smart building with the latest communications technologies available.. Project size 8450 Sq.
<br />Ft. The cost of the project is private equity investment firm, in Coral Gables Managed and coordinated contracts with contractors not
<br />working directly under the General Contractor, including:Lace Foodservice,Telesound Systems. ADT Fire and Security, Camilo Furniture,
<br />Restoration Arts, and others.
