This new facility would have a capacity of a minimum 250 <br />cars. Spaces and the alternate option of increased capacity at bid process up to 500 car spaces. The facility <br />will consist of providing a minimum required 100 spaces for adjacent building and the additional spaces <br />would be used for future tenant's expansion of personnel.
