BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />Cost: $12,000,000.00 <br /> <br />As part of the City of Homestead's Block Grant Program, the City <br />obtained the services of a consultant team to design and provide <br />construction management and inspection services for the construction of <br />a new Flagship Cinema and associated infrastructure improvements. CES <br />provided Construction Management and Inspection services. CES was <br />also responsible for certifying the work performed, in compliance with <br />City of Homestead construction standards. The new cinema is located on <br />the southwest comer of Campbell Drive and the Florida Turnpike.
