Three tenant office spaces on the first level will house the
County Tag Agency, The Downtown Development Board and administrative
offices for the City's Parking agency.

The facility was designed to appear as a civic building and not a parking
structure in an effort to be a "good neighbor" in the downtown environment.
Twelve large banner areas are integrated within the brick relief facade, which
will allow the structure to display current and future community events and
interests. The structure features innovative metal artwork economically crafted
with high tech computerized cutting tools from local manufacturers.

The project was delivered using a design/build approach.

S9.9 million

.

"

.

Spillis Candela & Partners, Inc. d/b/a
Spillis Candela DMJM

800 Douglas Entrance
North Tower, Second Floor
COjal G.?bles, FL 33134

=

Master Planning, Architecture,
Construction Administration

AUTHORIZIED FOR LOCAL REPRODUCTION

STANDARD FORM 330 (9/2007) PAGE 4
