The
project pairs two sets of pavilions surrounding
the open market shed, and continues with a
promenade along the water's edge, a breezy
walkway through the market areas, and an open
waterfront plaza for special events. The relatively
large parking garage was designed to integrate
into the surrounding retail shops. Its location is
conveniently located in the retail component and
yet remains unobtrusive.

. The development mixes a variety of elements:
new commercial spaces, restaurants, parking
garage, open public gathering areas, small
scale informal retailing and active and passive
recreation areas for events.

4 levels, 428,571 SF, S8.5 million

--=: ....l..

.
