The <br />master plan combines residential units with <br />community, education, health, commercial, <br />retail, and recreational facilities. Encircled by a <br />4,700-acre greenbelt and featuring an extensive <br />network of walking and bicycle trails, <br />Celebration is a pedestrian-friendly place to live, <br />work, and play. <br /> <br />The heart of the residential area is Celebration <br />Village; at its core is a traditional downtown <br />retail and business district modeled after small- <br />town America. Here, stores, restaurants, a <br />town hall, post office, offices, cinema, and <br />apartments coexist along a wide promenade <br />circling Town Center Lake. <br /> <br />Following a master plan developed by Cooper, <br />Robertson & Partners and Robert A.M.
