PROJECT OWNER <br />Village of Pinecrest <br />24. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT A <br />Evelyn Greer Park is an active 10 acre park in the <br />Village of Pinecrest. Amenities within this park <br />include multipurpose athletic fields (softball and <br />soccer), batting cages, a tot lot, a recreation center <br />and community gazebo. The Landscape Architects <br />attended several community and public meetings in <br />order to obtain public input during the master <br />planning phase. They went on to complete the <br />landscape architectural plans and provided <br />construction administration for this project. The <br />park was highlighted as one of the best playgrounds <br />in South Florida by Parenting Magazine in 2005. <br />This 3 million dollar project was completed on time <br />and within budget. <br /> <br />c.
