BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br />Founders Park is a twelve acre municipal park <br />located in the City of A ventura. It is bisected by <br />N .E. 1901h Street with a 2 'h acre passive park on the <br />south side and an active 10 acre park on the north <br />side. Amenities within this park include jogging <br />paths, tennis courts, a combination <br />baseball/football/soccer field, a concession building <br />and restroom facilities, an outdoor amphitheater, <br />custom signage, and extensive landscaping.
