BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size and cost) <br /> <br />Suniland Park is 10 acres of active park space with multipurpose athletic fields <br />(baseball and football), batting cages, a recreation center, basketball courts, an Inter- <br />net Wi-Fi Spot and a tot lot located in the Village of Pinecrest. Wolfberg Alvarez & <br />Partners provided Architecture and Engineering services for the improvements to the <br />existing park, which involved the demolition of existing buildings and the construction <br />of a new Community Center, housing a multipurpose assembly room, concessions <br />area, administration offices, and restroom facilities. Additional park improvements <br />included the addition of a Gazebo, enhancements to the basketball courts and fields, <br />a new jogging/walking path, lighting upgrades, drainage improvements, new perime- <br />ter park fencing and a new park entrance drive. <br /> <br /> <br />Cost -$ 3 million <br /> <br /> 25.
