This development is exquisitely nestled in lush vegetation near the ele- <br />gant Brickell Avenue high-rises and the Downtown Miami financial district. It is comfortably within walking dis- <br />tance of the center of Downtown Miami. Residents can take a leisurely stroll to the best restaurants in town for <br />dinner and afterwards a quick walk to the shoreline to take in the majestic beauty of the Miami skyline. <br /> <br />Integrated within the mixed use project, the parking garage at Mary Brickell Village provides 1,400 retail and <br />residential spaces on 8 floors with specific user zones allocated to 1. The retail component, 2. A 31,000 SF <br />Publix, and 3. 24 floors of apartments above. In all, the project presents itself as the prototype for mixed use in- <br />town living.
