BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size and cost) <br /> <br />Wolfberg Alvarez and Partners provided architectural and engineering services for the design of a six-level parking <br />garage and a four-story, 50,000 SF medical office building at Doctor's Hospital in Coral Gables. The parking garage <br />accommodates 447 vehicles, and is designed with half of the first level below grade to reduce height, as well as for a <br />future expansion for 103 additional spaces for a total of 550 spaces. The parking garage and medical office build- <br />ing are compatible in architectural style and details to the existing hospital and sensitive to the surrounding residential <br />community. The project is part of the continued growth of Doctor's Hospital as an international sports medicine center. <br />Facilities include diagnostic treatment services, primary care, out-patient services, out-patient surgery, radiology, labo- <br />ratories and public spaces. Wolfberg Alvarez and Partners also provided AlE services to future tenants of the medical <br />office building for various interior improvements to meet individual requirements.
