As part of the development <br />of the formerly Burger King Headquarters the overall site underwent extensive site remediation. The property <br />investigated measures about 201 feet by 129 feet in plan view. T/}e parcel is bounded to the north and east by <br />existing structures; and is generally east of Old Cutler Road and north of SW 184'" Street. The development <br />plans called for the construction of Recreation Center and a parking structure. The height of construction will be <br />6-/evels. The purpose of our services on this project was to explore t/7e subsurface conditions in order to <br />provide recommendations for foundation design and construction. <br /> <br />25.
