PROJECT OWNER'S INFORMATION - POINT OF CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER: (305)381.6886 <br /> <br />BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost): A 4- elevated deck parking <br />structure was developed at the Port of Miami, adjacent to and west of the existing 3 elevated deck parking structure. <br />In addition to the parking structure a passenger bridge was constructed adjacent to the cruise ship bert/). AS-level <br />precast concrete parking structure was planned, which willl1ave one at grade level, which is cast in place concrete, <br />and 3% elevated precast decks. The structure will use a precast building system. The building was estimated to <br />cover a plan area of about 2S0 by 3S0 feet. The new passenger bridge was constructed adjacent to the cruise <br />slJip berthing area and measures about 2S0 by 12 feet in plan view. The bridge structure l1as a height of about <br />SO-feet. The purpose of our services on this project was to explore the subsurface conditions present and <br />to provide foundation recommendations. <br /> <br />26.
