PROJECT OWNER'S INFORMATION - POINT OF CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER: (305) 234.1944 <br /> <br />BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost): Project development will <br />consist of constructing 4-level reinforced concrete and/or reinforced masonry structures. TIle subject site is <br />located between the Cutler Ridge Mall, Homestead Extension Florida Turnpike, and Cutler Ridge Boulevard, in <br />south Miami-Dade County. The property is about 10.3 acres; 4.32 acres (Tracts B & C) is paved parking whicll is <br />part of the Cutler Ridge Mall, with the remaining 5.98 acres (Tract A) being low grass. The 10-acre parcel is L- <br />shaped, with the legs having lengths of 850-feet and 1200 feet, and widths varying from 100 to 300 feet. Site <br />development will consist of raising site grades about 1 to 2 feet, followed by commercial building construction. <br />Commercial construction at the site will consist of a 3-level car dealership building, a 4-level parking structure, <br />and associated paved parking. The proposed car dealership building will be 3-level construction (two elevated <br />decks). The garage/sales/service building will be about 400 by 200 feet in plan view; and will be flanked by an <br />octagon structure with a footprint area of 5,500 square feet. Adjacent to the dealership building will be a 4 story <br />parking structure. The parking structure will have '/:e-Ievel of construction below grade and 3'/:e-levels of <br />construction above grade. The purpose of our services on this project was to explore the subsurface conditions <br />in order to provide recommendations for foundation design and construction. <br /> <br />. 30.
