POINT OF CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER: N.A. <br /> <br />BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost): Tile proposed <br />development will consist of an L-shaped structure and cover an area of about 290 by 295 feet in plan view. Tile <br />bottom 11-levels of the entire development will be used for parking and office components; from this pedestal <br />another 33-level structure will rise to a total building height of about 41-levels. The 41-level tower structure will <br />be located in the northern and eastern portion of the site. The proposed structure will rise from the existing site <br />grade, no basement areas are planned. The site is bounded by North Miami Ave to the east, NW 3,d Street to the <br />north and NW 2nd Street to the south. Tile purpose of our services on tllis project was to explore the subsurface <br />conditions in order to provide recommendations for foundation design and construction. <br /> <br />31.
