Soccer <br />lighting is to be Musco. The soccer fields and all landscaped areas of the park are to have a landscape irrigation system, <br />such to utilize a well as the water source. It is our understanding that sanitary sewer is not available and the restroom <br />waste will be handled by septic tank and drain field. If space does not allow adequate parking, we understand that the <br />Village has an agreement with the church across the street for additional parking. The park is to be completely fenced, <br />with the front yard fence to be an ornamental decorative type fence. A barrier of significant trees is to be placed <br />surrounding the park to mitigate light and sound transmission to neighboring properties. The project involves an eighteen-acre site located in Homestead, Florida. The <br />rehabilitation center was conceptualized as a "village" where the open spaces, plazas and outdoor walkways are of high <br />relevance for the experience of the patients and visitors. Zoning Permit already granted.
