As Project Manager and Principal-in-Charge, Mr. Soria was responsible for the Project Development and Environmental Study of this principal arterial servicing Miami International Airport cargo facilities. Apart from the normal technical activities associated with the study such as, preparing corridor studies. traffic reports, master plans, engineering reports, and preliminary alignment design, Mr. Soria also directed public workshops and other numerous public and agency meetings.
