Where multifamily. hotel. 6f motel <br /> <br />and apartment hotel developments consist of two (2) or more structures, <br /> <br />unless each such structure is located on a site meeting all standards of this <br /> <br />district, the area shall be restricted to efte unified ownership or control by <br /> <br /> <br />unity of title or covenant running with the land. <br /> <br /> <br />(a) The following definitions shall supercede any and all other <br /> <br /> <br />definitions of the same terms found in this code: <br /> <br /> <br />(1.) Apartment hotel. A hotel which has been subdivided as to <br /> <br /> <br />ownership in any manner. <br /> <br />(2.) Hotel. A building in which lodging. or boarding and lodging. are <br /> <br />provided as the more or less temporary residence of individuals <br /> <br />who are lodged therein and in which ingress and egress to and <br /> <br />from all rooms are made through an inside lobbv supervised by a <br /> <br />person in charge at all times. Hotels are unsubdivided as to <br /> <br />ownership. managed by a single entity and open to the public on a <br /> <br />transient basis with no unit therein occupied by the same tenant or <br /> <br />group of tenants in excess of six months within any twelve month <br /> <br /> <br />period. Hotel rooms shall be fully furnished.
