<br />Centralized telephone and messaging service shall be continually <br /> <br /> <br />offered to each room available for lodging. Daily linen service and <br /> <br /> <br />other customary hotel services shall be offered to individuals <br /> <br /> <br />lodged therein. Kitchen facilities may be offered. <br /> <br /> <br />(3.) Motel. A hotel which consists of one or more buildings where <br /> <br />units or rooms have direct entry from a street. drive. court. <br /> <br />walkway or other means not necessitating entry through a <br /> <br />controlled common lobbv which contains the main service desk. <br /> <br />fSj(3) Convalescent homes, eleelffioSj'ftary charitable and philanthropic <br /> <br /> <br />institutions, only upon approval after public hearing. Hospitals (other than <br /> <br /> <br />animal hospitals) including accessory office buildings and accessory <br /> <br /> <br />commercial service facilities, only upon approval by public hearing; said <br /> <br /> <br />accessory uses shall comply with the following additional criteria: <br /> <br />(a) Medical Office buildings: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Office buildings shall be located on a hospital site <br /> <br /> <br />containing a minimum often (10) acres. <br /> <br /> <br />2.
