Such pro-rata fair share contributions shall <br /> <br />be deposited in a capital improvement fund maintained by the City and <br /> <br />shall be expended only for the under-grounding of public utilities along <br /> <br />Collins Avenue. <br /> <br />Sec. 33-218. Minimum lot width and area. <br /> <br />The minimum lot width shall be one hundred (100) feet and the minimum lot area <br /> <br />shall be ten thousand (10,000) square feet. <br /> <br />Sec. 33-219. Lot coverage. <br /> <br />The total lot coverage permitted for all buildings on the site shall not exceed forty <br /> <br />(40) percent of the total lot area except that any flat-roofed structures below +92- <br /> <br />elevation twenty feet (20') MSL shall not be counted for lot coverage where the top of <br /> <br />the structure is fully landscaped and/or utilized solely for recreational activities <br /> <br />Sec. 33-220.
