Such structures may extend to fifteen <br /> <br />(15) feet twenty (20) above M.S.L. provided however that no portion of <br /> <br />the structure which extends above ten (10) fifteen (15) feet M.S.L. shall <br /> <br />be located closer than fifty (50) feet to the Collins Avenue right of way <br /> <br />and further providing that no portion of the structure above ten (10) feet <br /> <br />fifteen (15) M.S.L. shall encroach upon any portion of a view corridor. <br /> <br />No portion oCa garage structure located within a front setback shall be <br /> <br />visible from the right of way. <br /> <br />(3) Rear setback: <br /> <br />MIla) West of Collins Ave Structures not exceeding thirty-five (35) feet in <br /> <br />height, the minimum rear setback shall be twenty-five (25) feet from the <br /> <br />rear property line; for structures over thirty-five (35) feet in height the <br /> <br />setbacks shall be increased by forty (40) percent of the additional height to <br /> <br />a maximum setback of fifty (50) feet. <br /> <br />MIIb) East of Collins Ave The rear setback shall be twenty-five (25) feet <br /> <br />adjacent to the beaehfront from the rear property line or bulkhead line <br /> <br />whichever is closest to the east right of way line of Collins Ave. <br /> <br />(3) Interior side setbacks and side street setbacks: <br /> <br />(a) West of Collins Ave right of way.
