<br />The traffic volumes shown above are projected, in part, by the number of City residents living in
<br />both single and multi-family dwellings. The table below contains projections on the number of
<br />single and multi-family units along with anticipated occupancy rates based upon the Year 2020
<br />Long Range Transportation Plan by Traffic Analysis Zone (TAZ). The low vacancy rates presented
<br />could very well be optimistic. The County's Property Appraiser's office suggests a higher vacancy
<br />rate based upon the fact that a large segment of the City's condominium are owned by seasonal
<br />residents. A higher vacancy rate would result in lower traffic volumes in the City.
