The planning time frame covers the five-year period of 1999 to 2004 and the <br />ten-year period from 1999 to 2009. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. Wastewater <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Geographic Service <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />City wastewater is handled by the County's North District Wastewater Disposal Facility in North <br />Miami Beach. This facility serves the communities of Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura and North Miami <br />Beach. The largest sewer lines within the City are situated along Collins Avenue and Sunny Isles <br />Boulevard as indicated in the map contained in this section. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Design Capacity <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />The North District Wastewater Disposal Facility was constructed in 1979 and is designed to handle <br />up to 120 million gallons per day (MGD).
