The Director of the Community Planning and Development shall be the principal administrative interpreter of the Comprehensive Plan. .. . . ,. sc. All planning activities pertaining to development and redevelopment and the provision of public services and facilities in the City of Sunny Isles Beach shall be consistent with the "Population Estimates and Projections" contained in this Element, and with the locations and extent of future land uses as identified by the Land Use Plan Map and land use implementation provisions. Plans for providing public facilities and services in the City of Sunny Isles Beach shall be updated by the responsible service providers as soon as possible after the filing of applications to amend the Comprehensive Plan population projections, and the corresponding elements of the Comprehensive Plan shall be updated in association with the updating of the facility/service plans. .. . . . .. .. .. ,.
