Owners of commercial properties, where BMPs are required, shall <br />demonstrate that their on-site storm water system is inspected two times per <br />year and maintained and cleaned as required. Private residential developments <br />in areas where BMPs are required shall demonstrate that their on-site storm <br />water systems are inspected two times per year and maintained and cleaned as <br />required. <br /> <br />Objective 3 <br /> <br />Policies <br /> <br />Planning for future development will be done such that the level of service <br />standards for those services listed in the CIE will be upgraded and maintained at <br />adopted levels by making reasonable, adequate fiscal resources available. <br /> <br />3A.
