<br />acre. Median landscaping contributions for a floor area ratio bonus shall not be <br /> <br />double-counted to qualify for the density bonus; an additional contribution is <br /> <br />required for the density bonus. <br /> <br />(d) Beachwalk Density Bonus: A density bonus for residential apartments shall <br /> <br />be given for the granting of an easement and construction of a public beachwalk <br /> <br />along the entire beach frontage of a site. The walkway shall be a minimum of <br /> <br />fifteen feet in width, shall contain one (1) park bench every twenty-five (25) feet <br /> <br />and shall be constructed in accordance with specifications provided by the City. <br /> <br />The bonus shall be one dwelling (1) unit for each one hundred (100') feet of <br /> <br />beachwalk constructed. The maximum beachwalk density bonus shall not exceed <br /> <br />the total linear feet of beachfront of the property divided by one hundred (100) <br /> <br />feet. Beachwalk dedication and construction done to qualify for a floor area ratio <br /> <br />bonus shall not be double counted to qualify for a density bonus; additional <br /> <br />dedication and construction is required for the density bonus. <br /> <br />(e) Beach Renourishment and Maintenance Density Bonus: A density <br /> <br />bonus shall be granted for participation in the City's beach renourishment efforts. <br /> <br />The bonus shall be one (1) additional dwelling unit for each Ten Thousand <br /> <br />Dollars ($10,000.00) contributed to the City's capital improvement fund <br /> <br />designated for beach restoration and management.
