Evidence of Bonuses Performance Prior to the issuance of any certificate of use <br /> <br />and occupancy, the developer must present evidence of performance of the <br /> <br />obligation required to qualify for of any bonus grant as follows: <br /> <br />(a) For bonuses which require monetary payment, the payment shall <br /> <br />be presented by cashier's check payable to the City of Sunny Isles <br /> <br />Beach. <br /> <br />(b) For bonuses which require a grant of easement or deed a fully <br /> <br />executed grant of easement or warranty deed shall be presented in <br /> <br />a form acceptable to and with supporting title work as may be <br /> <br />required by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Sec. 33.222.1.1. Subdivision of hotels and motels. <br /> <br />(a) Definitions. <br /> <br />(1) For the purposes of this section the term "subdivision of a hotel or <br /> <br />motel" shall mean the sale, conveyance, or long-term lease or <br /> <br />sublease (for more than six (6) months) of five percent (5%) <br /> <br />cumulatively, of the units in a hotel or motel by the same seller, <br /> <br />lessor or sublessor.
