<br />c) Units greater than 750 sqft and having a lockout ability <br /> <br />shall provide a minimum of 1.5 parking spaces per unit <br /> <br />d) Units that have no lockout ability, but provides individual <br /> <br />bedrooms with in the unit, the minimum parking <br /> <br />requirement for those units shall be the same as for <br /> <br />apartment development as per section 33.222.2(1) <br /> <br />e) In addition, one parking space shall be provided for each <br /> <br />four (4) employees (minimum of5 spaces required). <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Hotel and Motel <br /> <br />One (1.0) parking space for each of the first <br /> <br />forty (40) individual guest rooms or suited and one (1.0) additional <br /> <br />parking space for every two guest rooms or suites thereafter. In <br /> <br />addition, one (1.0) parking space shall be provided for each four <br /> <br />(4) employees (minimum of5 spaces required). <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Meeting rooms and Banquet halls - <br /> <br />Hotel, motels and <br /> <br />apartment hotels with said amenities shall provide one (1.0) <br /> <br />parking space for each two hundred (200) square feet of gross floor <br /> <br />area or_fraction part thereof devoted to meeting rooms and banquet <br /> <br />halls. <br /> <br />5.
