<br />6. Retail Uses - Hotel, motels and apartment hotels with said <br /> <br />amenities shall provide one (1.0) parking space per six hundred <br /> <br />(600) square feet of gross floor area, or fraction part thereof <br /> <br />devoted to retail uses. <br /> <br />7. Tandem Parking - Twenty (20) percent of the required parking <br /> <br />spaces shall be permitted to be tandem parking. All developments <br /> <br />having tandem parking shall have 24 hour valet service. <br /> <br />Where the roof deck of an underground parking garage does not extend above elevation <br /> <br />twenty (20) feet above from grade M.S.L, it shall not be considered as a structure for <br /> <br />zoning purpose in the RU-4A District. The garage will not be calculated as a part oflot <br /> <br />coverage requirements, if the parking structure is below elevation twenty (20) feet from <br /> <br />grade M.S.L or as specified under Section 33-222.2(f) and is not located in the minimum~ <br /> <br />setback area and further provided that no portion of the structure agew twenty (20) feet <br /> <br />above grade M.S.L. shall be located in a view corridor. The roof of any parking garage <br /> <br />shall be fully landscaped or used for recreational purposes. No portion of any structure <br /> <br />shall be permitted in the public beach access <br /> <br />If a garage is to be used for parking on the top deck, a maximum of 5% percent of the <br /> <br />required parking spaces will be permitted, the remainder shall be landscaped according <br /> <br />to the provisions of Chapter 18A of the Code of Miami Dade County; if it is not to be <br /> <br />used for parking on the top deck, it shall be developed with landscaping and or <br /> <br />recreational facilities, etc., with those portions devoted to landscaping being counted as <br /> <br />open space pursuant to the provisions of Section 33-222.3. <br /> <br />Sec. 33-222.3.
