<br />period. Hotel rooms shall be fully furnished. Room keys and mail <br /> <br />services shall be continually offered from a desk in the main lobby. <br /> <br />Centralized telephone and messaging service shall be continually <br /> <br />offered to each room available for lodging. Daily linen service and <br /> <br />other customary hotel services shall be offered to individuals <br /> <br />lodged therein. <br /> <br />(c) Motel. A hotel which consists of one or more buildings where <br /> <br />units or rooms have direct entry from a street, drive, court, <br /> <br />walkway or other means not necessitating entry through a <br /> <br />controlled common lobby which contains the main service desk. <br /> <br />(d) Grade. The established grade of premises, whether vacant or <br /> <br />improved, is the average elevation of the sidewalk along the front <br /> <br />or side street property lines. If no sidewalk exists grade of the <br /> <br />premises shall be established as the average elevation of the crown <br /> <br />ofthe road. <br /> <br />Cooking facilities may be provided in apartment hotel, hotel and motel <br /> <br />rooms. Cooking facilities in units of less than 750 gross square feet shall <br /> <br />be limited to one (1) microwave and one (1) five-cubic foot refrigerator <br /> <br />(mini bar) and sink. <br /> <br />(2) Convalescent homes, eleemosynary charitable and philanthropic <br /> <br />institutions, only upon approval after public hearing.
