<br />Berms and landscaping shall be provided such that no portion of a garage <br />structure located within a front setback shall be visible from the public right <br />of way with the exception that privacy walls and retaining walls for <br />driveways may be visible. <br /> <br />Rear setback: <br /> <br />1) For all buildings the rear setback shall be the bulkhead line or twenty <br />(20) feet from the rear property line whichever is closer to Collins <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Interior side setbacks / View Corridors: <br /> <br />1) For parcels two hundred (200) feet or more in width: <br /> <br />(i) Primaty Structures - The minimum side setbacks for primary use <br />structures exceeding twenty (20) feet in height above grade shall be <br />fifty-feet (50). If side setbacks of different width are provided, the <br />larger setback shall be provided on the side adjacent to the public <br />beach access walkway or to provide for the greatest separation from <br />buildings on adjacent sites. <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />Pedestal Structures. Parking Garages and Accessory Use Structures. <br />There shall be no required setback for structures below six (6) feet <br />above grade.
