<br />"Road Capacity" shall mean the maximum number of vehicles which can pass over a given <br />section of a roadway, during a given time period under prevailing traffic conditions <br />as defined in the current version ofthe Highway Capacity Manual. <br /> <br />"Sale" shall mean the exchange of a good, service, product or other item for consideration, <br />regardless of the form that consideration takes. <br /> <br />"Satellite dish" See Antenna dish. <br /> <br />"Schools" shall mean an institution for instruction and learning whether public or private; <br />including pre-schools, grade schools, middle schools, high schools, colleges and <br />universities, however not including private or vocational schools of professional <br />training or day care or adult care centers. <br /> <br />"Self-service storage facility" shall be defined as a fully enclosed space used for <br />warehousing which contains individual storage units <br /> <br />"Setback" shall have the same meaning as Yard. <br /> <br />"Sidewalk" shall mean a concrete or other surface treatment-Jledestrian path no less than <br />four feet in width which runs parallel to and within a right-of-way; or connects two <br />or more non-residential parcels; or connects a parking area to the entrance of a <br />building. <br /> <br />"Site" Area of premises to be covered by a structure. <br /> <br />"Street or Road, Arterial" shall mean a route providing service, which is relatively <br />continuous, and of relatively high traffic volume, long average trip length, high <br />operating speed, and high mobility importance. Arterial roads shall generally be <br />those roads, which provide access from collector roads, non-residential driveways or <br />limited access highways. A Street having that meaning given in F.S. ~ 334.03(15), as <br />may be amended from time to time.
