<br />"Street or Road, Collector" shall mean a route providing service which is of relatively <br />moderate average traffic volume, moderate average trip length and moderate average <br />operating speed. Such a route also collects and distnbutes traffic between local roads <br />or arterial roads and serves as a linkage between land access and mobility needs. <br />Also any street designated as an urban collector or local urban collector in the <br />Transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />"Street or Road, Local" shall mean a road designated and maintained primarily to provide <br />access to abutting residential property. A local street or road is of limited continuity <br />and is not intended for through traffic. A local street or road is not a major street or <br />road. <br /> <br />"Street or Road, Major" shall mean any street or road with a right-of-way greater than or <br />equal to 60 feet. Also any street designated as a State principal arterial, State minor <br />arterial, minor arterial, urban collector, local urban collector, or any future roadway <br />indicated as having more than two lanes by the year 2015 according to the <br />Transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan. See also Street or road, arterial <br />and Street or road, collector. <br /> <br />"Street or Road, Minor" shall mean any street or road with a right-of-way less than 60 feet. <br />See also Street or road, local. <br /> <br />"Street or Road, Private" shall mean a street that has not been accepted by the City, Miami- <br />Dade County or the State of Florida for public right-of-way purposes. <br /> <br />"Street or Road, Public" shall mean a street that has been accepted by the City, Miami- <br />Dade County or the State of Florida for public right-of-way purposes. <br /> <br />"Structure" shall mean anything constructed, installed, or portable, the use of which <br />requires a location on a parcel of land. It includes fixed or movable buildings, which <br />can be, used for housing, business, commercial, storage, agricultural, office, or any <br />other purposes, either temporarily or permanently.
