COST OF PUBLICATIONS AND RECORDS <br /> <br />X046 I.FLORIDA BUILDING CODE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, OTHER CODE BOOKS, <br />SUPPLEMENTS AND DEPARTMENTAL PUBLICATION FEES <br /> <br />The charge for each copy of the South Florida Building Code Florida Building Code, other code <br />books or supplements thereto or other departmental publications shall be assessed by the Building <br />Department in the amount equal to the 10w bid printing cost plus the demonstrable cost to the <br />Building Department of selling and distributing such code books, code supplements or <br />departmental publications. The charge for publications of Construction Lien Law information is <br />limited to $5.00 per copy of publication as permitted under Chapter 713 of the Florida Statutes. <br /> <br /> 2.
