PRE - SUMITAL REVIEW FEES: $ 52.00 <br /> <br />A per hour fee will be assessed for Building, <br />Electrical Mechanical, Plumbing and Zoning review <br />when the customer elects to submit plans for pre - $ 120.00 <br />submittal review. <br /> <br />A per hour fee will be assessed for Structural and <br />Landscaping pre - submittal review. Refer to <br />Professional Fee Ordinance. <br /> <br />13. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER PLAN REVIEW: $ 115.00 <br />A per hour fee will be charged for plan review for all <br />new construction and alteration/repair that involves <br />structural review. <br /> <br />14. LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW: $ 115.00 <br /> <br />A regular per hour fee will be charged for <br />landscaping review. <br /> <br />B. BUILDING PERMIT FEES <br /> <br />Fees listed in Subsection (B) include only building <br />permit fees and do not include fees for Plumbing, <br />Electrical and Mechanical, which are listed in the <br />following sections: <br /> <br />1. UP - FRONT PROCESSING FEE <br /> <br />8-001 <br /> <br />When the building permit application is received for $ 0.15 <br />the construction of a new Single Family Residence <br />or Duplex, the applicant shall pay an up - front fee <br />for each square foot or fractional part thereof, or <br /> <br />8-002 <br /> <br />A per dollar in estimated value or fractional part $ 0.02 <br />when square footage does not apply. <br /> <br />8-003 <br /> <br />When a building permit application is received for a <br />commercial project, the applicant shall pay an up- <br />front processing fee per 100 square feet or <br />fractional part, or $ 0.75 <br /> <br />Building Department Fee Schedule - rev. 2/05 <br /> <br />Page 8 of 33 <br />
