FEES BASED ON ESTIMATED COST- <br />DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />The Building Department may require the permit <br />applicant to submit appropriate documentation as <br />proof of estimated cost of construction used to <br />compute permit fee. <br /> <br />10. TRAINING AND EDUCATION FEES: <br /> <br />All permits for new construction alterations or <br />additions shall be accompanied by payment of <br />training and educational fee of two percent (2%) of <br />the permit fee cost. All fees collected pursuant <br />hereto shall be set aside to offset the cost of <br />training and education of personnel in the <br />regulation, inspection and enforcement of the <br />Florida Building Code. <br /> <br />11. TECHNOLOGY FEES <br /> <br />All permits for new construction, alteration or <br />additions shall be accompanied by payment of a <br />technology fee of 5.0%.
