COST OF PUBLICATIONS AND RECORDS <br /> <br />X-002 <br /> <br />(a) FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, OTHER CODE <br />BOOKS, SUPPLEMENTS AND DEPARTMENTAL <br />PUBLICATION FEES <br /> <br />The charge for each copy of the Florida Building Code, <br />other code books or supplements thereto or other <br />departmental publications shall be assessed by the <br />Building Department in the amount equal to the low <br />bid printing cost plus the demonstrable cost to the <br />Building Department of selling and distributing such <br />code books, code supplements or departmental <br />publications.
