As part of the permit process <br />and comments from DEP the City has had to revise the plans for the proposed restaurant <br />and pier design. The $40,000 portion of this change is to cover those services (a new <br />smaller footprint design and redesign of the T-head). The $25,000 portion of the <br />change was committed to by the City late last year for the work done to begin the <br />expansion to the restaurant. This is the first addendum to the contract with Marlin <br />Engineering. <br /> <br />The cost for this work is in an amount not to exceed $65,000. Dr. Cornfeld has agreed <br />to pay half of this change, so the total additional cost to the City will be $32,500. <br /> <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> <br />Funding for this service comes from account no. 20-600-5670. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />.
