FIRST ADDENDUM TO CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND MARLIN ENGINEERING~ INC. AGREEMENT CONTRACT NO. C0910-018 THIS FIRJT ADDENDUM TO THE MARLIN ENGINEERING, INC. AGREEMENT, executed this J1.: day of t>ece-/V1. ~, 2009, is made a part of the original Agreement between the parties, dated January 17, 2008, incorporated herein by reference, approved via Resolution No.2008-1198 between the City of Sunny Isles Beach ("City") and Marlin Engineering, Inc. ("Consultant") a business corporation licensed in the State of Florida, whose Federal Identification number is The City and Consultant hereby agree as follows: 1. ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF WORK: The City wishes to add to the original Agreement with the Consultant to provide consulting civil engineering services for the plans design, including engineering specification and permitting documents for the demolition and reconstruction of the Newport Fishing Pier ("Services"), as more fully described in Attachment "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. COST: The Contractor agrees to charge an amount not to exceed Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00) for said Services, bringing the total amount not to exceed Five Hundred Six Thousand Three Hundred Three Dollars ($506,303.00). 3. TERM: The term of this First Addendum shall begin upon execution by the parties hereto and shall end upon the completion of the Services. 4. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT: Except as specifically modified herein, all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement between the parties, dated January 17,2008 and approved via Resolution No. 2008-1198 shall remain in full force and effect.
