A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida,Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") with the Florida Department of Transportation ("FDOT") for the Installation of Pattern Pavement, Decorative Pavers, and Median Fencing, Attached Hereto as Exhibit "A"; Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Said Agreement Providing such Agreement is Reviewed by the City Attorney; Authorizing the City Manager and the City Attorney to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate the Terms of this Agreement; Providing for an Effective Date. Action: City Clerk Hines read the title, and Planning and Zoning Administrator Claudia Hasbun reported this will cover Collins Avenue with improvements. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida,Approving a Revised Pay Step Plan for Sworn Police Officers Based on a Salary Survey Conducted Pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of Sunny Isles Beach and the Police Benevolent Association(PBA),Attached Hereto as Exhibit"A";Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date. Action: City Clerk Hines read the title,and City Manager Russo reported this is the two-year pay plan per PBA.
